Southern Indian cooking style is known for its vegetarian or vegan cuisine that is light, fresh and tasty with lots of fresh veggies & herbs, lemon, lime, coconut and freshly made spices. The menu is made up of family recipes passed down from Radha's grandmother and mother from Kerala and Chennai, India.

For almost 40 years. My first teachers were my mother & grandmother, both gave me a deep knowledge of Southern Indian and more specific to the Kerala Indian regional cooking practices and techniques.
Each class can accommodate 6-8 people comfortably. This offers ample room to study the techniques and time for individual interactions.
Introduction to Southern Indian workshop runs from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. The cooking demonstration is 2.5 hours, and then we sit down and have a meal at the table and share our stories. The intermediate and advanced class are different it can be 4 to 5 hours. We first shop at the Indian grocery store in Cincinnati and go home and cook the seasonal vegetable of that month.
What is the cost of these classes?
The Introduction class is $75 per person; Intermediate class is 110$ per person, and Advanced class is $210 per person.
Can I get a discount?
Unfortunately not, these workshops are very time-consuming. Shopping & prep work requires more than 12 hours before the class begins. The asking price is already a great value, so please do not ask.
What do I bring to the class?
Bring your curiosity, and questions. Your own beer & wine is suggested. You can take photos of the process during the class.
Can I get Gift Certificates for a class?
